Founder and Global Administrator

Rolph René is the Founder and Global Administrator of Caraïbes Connect, a multilingual BPO company
connecting top Caribbean talent with clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe. With a vision
centered on operational excellence and regional economic development, Rolph leads the company’s overall
strategy — from technology infrastructure and internal processes to business growth and strategic
partnerships.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from UTESA (Dominican Republic) and is fluent in four
languages — English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole — allowing him to connect directly and
authentically with clients and teams across every market Caraïbes Connect serves. His approach combines
operational discipline, long-term vision, and a deep commitment to creating real professional development
opportunities for the Caribbean diaspora.

Edwing Hector
Commercial Operations Director

Edwing Hector holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UTESA in the Dominican Republic. He has professional experience in sales and commercial operations, as well as in the BPO and call center industry.

With dedication and commitment, he now brings his expertise to Caraïbes Connect, contributing to the company’s commercial growth and business development.

Baronville Jude Destiné
President

Baronville Jude Destiné leads the strategic vision of Caraïbes Connect LLC. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) in the Dominican Republic and brings extensive professional experience gained within national and international organizations, giving him a deep understanding of global operational and management standards.

This diverse expertise allows him to effectively oversee Caraïbes Connect’s operational growth across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, ensuring the company meets the highest international standards of service and management.

Driven by a strong belief in the economic potential of the Haitian and Caribbean diaspora, Baronville is committed to building a multilingual company that competes globally in the BPO industry while creating sustainable opportunities for local talent.

Phanette Prévot
Sales Agent

Phanette brings experience in sales, network marketing, and call center customer service, developed in
part through her training with Total Life Changes (TLC), an international direct sales and dropshipping
company. This background has given her strong skills in lead generation, objection handling, and building
lasting client relationships.
Fluent in four languages — with French as her strongest — Phanette is a key resource for serving our
French-speaking clients across France and Canada, bringing energy, adaptability, and a customer-first
approach to every interaction.

Dany Camy
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As Chief Operating Officer, Dany is the driving force behind Caraïbes Connect’s operational excellence.
She shapes and executes the company’s operational strategy, translating high-level business goals into
efficient, day-to-day execution across every team.

With a sharp focus on efficiency and productivity, Dany oversees the company’s daily operations end to
end, ensuring that processes stay streamlined, teams stay aligned, and clients consistently receive the high
standard of service Caraïbes Connect is built on. Her leadership keeps the organization agile and
positioned for sustainable growth.

Juan Elias Figoliz
Sales Manager

With over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, Juan brings a rare combination of skills to
our team: a strong background as an OPC (Outside Public Contact) for well-known vacation club and
travel brands, paired with extensive call center experience. He masters both the art of direct sales and
objection handling, as well as the pace and tools of remote phone and chat support.

Fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Haitian Creole, Juan serves clients across the US, Canada,
France, and the Hispanic and Caribbean markets with ease. As Sales Manager, he leads and strengthens
our sales team, bringing hands-on commercial expertise and multilingual capability to every client
interaction.

Fedjy Alexis
Operations & Quality Manager

With 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, and operational management, Fedjy Alexis has built a versatile career centered on performance, leadership, and client excellence. His background includes working as a consultant at EC Call Logistic, where he honed his expertise in customer relations, business operations, and strategic problem-solving.

Fedjy also gained extensive experience within the healthcare industry through his roles with Maximus and Goals Plastic Surgery, developing a strong understanding of medical customer support, patient experience management, and service quality standards.

His journey as a sales professional and sales team leader has enabled him to rise through the ranks, expand his leadership capabilities, and acquire valuable experience in motivating teams, driving results, and implementing effective operational strategies. His ability to inspire collaboration and maintain high performance standards has become one of his greatest strengths.

As Operations & Quality Manager at Caraïbes Connect, Fedjy plays a key role in coordinating internal operations, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. His dedication to people, processes, and client satisfaction helps position the company for long-term success in a competitive global market.

team efficiency and the highest service standards across Tabarre, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Gladimyr B. Pierre
Human Resources Specialist

Gladimyr B. Pierre is Human Resources Specialist at Caraïbes Connect, a multilingual BPO company connecting top Caribbean talent with clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe. With strong international experience, she brings her expertise to the development of the company’s human capital and the support of its teams.

A Haitian national currently residing in Sofia, Bulgaria, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nantes, France. She began her career in human resources at Amazon France, before joining Cargill, an American multinational, where she held the position of Human Resources Specialist.

It is with great enthusiasm that she continues her career today at Caraïbes Connect. She speaks Haitian Creole, French, and English (intermediate level), allowing her to contribute fully to the company’s multicultural dimension.
